Loved the hotel, its magnificent location and my cheap room. Pleasant and accommodating staff on reception and elsewhere. The location was peaceful, staff were welcoming. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Dong Nai that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend getting a room with a whirlpool, well worth it. A/c is quiet, and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The fridge works great and tv has alot of channels, and the rooms have free Wi-Fi. We will definitely stay there again on our next weekend trip to Kingston!

The outdoor pool was nice and clean…that’s about it.
This hotel was one of if not the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. There was at least an inch of dust on the head board, walls where dirty and trim was falling apart…room looked like it had not been maintained for the last ten years. The blankets smelt like dust and there was no clock, the tv looked like it was from the late 80s. I would rather sleep in my car before staying there again.

obviously had been doing renovations, new windows, new ac unit redone the bath/shower area around the tub. moved me to a different room with great access for the dog very quiet clean, funishings just looked a little worn new mattresss, on both beds!
door was very questionable, needs to be replaced light did not work in one of the bathrooms playground, not really so much, needs to be updated before you can advertise you have one

Booked the motel, after getting to the room, noticed mold on the ceiling and water damage. When I went to the front desk, was told they had no other rooms and that they would not return my money. Ended up staying at another hotel. Do Not Stay Here, management is very rude, the place should be shut down by the health department.
If you want to get sick, stay here, your room will have mold.
Mold Fill Rooms.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request; the location was wonderful and peaceful, plus the basketball court had a unique touch with crooked nets.

The Staff was so nice, a real family run hotel! The pool was very nice after a long day of driving. I would stay at the hotel again, but feel I cannot reccomend it to my friends.
It was a little outdated and run down. Only a couple of very thin towels, no kleenex in the kleenex drawer, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and older bedding!

Extremely clean room and comfortable beds
While a caa rate was advertised, it bEcame clear in speaking with the manager that this was a euphemism for "lowest rate". As a caa member, I don' t think it's right that caa is advertised but that the owners don't work with caa at all and instead use it as a marketing ploy. Take the caa off the signage!
